Toning the Chakras, sound for well being
Toning the chakras, deeply spiritual chanting and sound bath at: Violet Moon Centre, 15 St George’s walk, Croydon CR0 1YH
Catherine Pestano takes us through the use of vocal toning for promoting wellbeing through the chakras, and leads us in delicious chants from diverse global spiritual traditions. We will end with a sumptuous sound bath that we will jointly create. Catherine trained with NFSH and with Sound Healer Olivia Dewhurst Maddock.
