Learn how to voice sounds and vibrations that facilitate the healing of our emotional and physical selves. Free and celebrate your voice with this relaxing and joyful session.
This practical workshop will introduce you to the leading ideas in voice and sound healing including those of:
Laurel Keyes: Toning; Chris James: harmonic choir; Kay Gardner, Joy Gardner Gordon and Olivea Dewhurst Maddock: Toning the Chakras, sound baths, sound healing through voice.
Catherine Pestano is a NFSH trained Spiritual Healer and encourages you to come and explore your own unique and wonderful voice. No singing ability is necessary to take part in the session and no-one is asked to sing on their own or do anything they don't wish to do.
